Role
Fei Huang Project lead and icon design
Responsibility
Lead the next generation icon system creation for multiple Cisco Webex products lines including Webex Meetings, Devices, Teams, Control Hub, Contact Center and Marketing website, and platforms including Web, Windows/Mac, iOS and Android.

Lead a team of 2 designers to design the icon system that serves 6 design teams and 8 engineer teams.
Problems
1. The icon system has scaling issues due to icon stroke weights
2. Icons are over used in the Webex products
Solutions
1. Revisit the icon creation methods for scalability
2. Reduce the amount of icons and specialist icons for X features and validate a less icon heavy graphical user interface for Webex products
